Per a recent SEC Filing, as of September 30, 2024 former WWE CEO and Chairman Vince McMahon’s current stock with TKO is at 8,021,405 shares.
McMahon’s shares currently account for 9.88% of class A stock. However, his portion of all TKO shares remains under 5 percent and he has no voting rights.
TKO Chief Operating Officer Mark Shapiro had said in a recent interview with CNBC that he had breakfast with McMahon “just to check in” after Netflix premiered the ‘Mr. McMahon’ docuseries. Shapiro said McMahon is still a stockholder but not involved in any of TKO’s business. Shapiro also said that McMahon could not have been more positive about the current direction of WWE.
McMahon is currently under a federal investigation involving sexual abuse, harassment and sex trafficking, following a lawsuit filed by former WWE employee Janel Grant.
