Eric Bischoff donating MLW One Shot paycheck to charity

In an interview with Fox News Digital, Eric Bischoff talked about his upcoming appearance at MLW, where he will have “full creative control” for the company’s One Shot event.

The WWE Hall of Famer revealed that he will donate his paycheck for the event to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation, a charity that supports veterans and first responders, as well as their families.

One of the things I told [MLW founder Court Bauer] right away was this isn’t about the money. He started to negotiate my fee and I really wasn’t interested in negotiating it, I just said whatever it is, I’m going to donate it to Tunnel to Towers.

So, it doesn’t matter, and I don’t want to negotiate it. I just want whatever it is to be donated because I’m not doing this for the money. I’m doing it for the fun.

Bischoff’s appearance for MLW came about during a conversation with actor Paul Walter Hauser, who called Bauer during a recording for the Life Choices podcast.

MLW One Shot takes place December 5 from the Melrose Ballroom in Queens, New York, airing live on the company’s YouTube channel.
