Bron Breakker is once again the WWE Intercontinental Champion.
After Jey Uso’s encounter with The Bloodline on last Friday’s WWE SmackDown, The Bloodline interfered during the match to cause Jey to lose the championship.
Below is an excerpt from Mike Tedesco’s WWE Raw recap of how it all went down.
Bron throws Jey back into the ring and Jacob Fatu jumps the barricade. He and Jacob are face to face and the fans are going crazy. Jey with a suicide dive onto both men. Jey throws Bron back into the ring and he climbs the top rope. He goes for the Uso Splash but Bron gets his knees up. Bron runs to the ropes nad goes for the spear, Jey jumps over him and he hits Bron with two super kicks and a spear. Jey climbs the top rope and he lands the Uso Splash. He goes for the cover but Bron kicks out!
Out comes Adam Pearce with security and they throw The Bloodline away from ring side. Jacob Fatu gets back up from behind the announce table and he hits Jey with a super kick. He lands a Samoan drop onto the announce table. Bron gets back up and throws Jey into the ring. Bron runs to the ropes and he hits the spear. He goes for the cover and gets the pin.
