TMZ Sports is reporting that WWE Superstar The Miz and his wife Maryse have listed their Los Angeles area mansion with an asking price of $12 million.
TMZ Sports also notes that sources have said that the reason the WWE couple are selling their mansion is because they are taking their business ventures to Las Vegas, Nevada.
Per TMZ Sports, the home sits behind guarded gates as part of the North Ranch Country Club Estates which includes a beautiful view of the golf course and the mountains. The Amenities noted with the mansion are a custom pool and spa, rose gardens, outdoor living areas, two detached guest homes, an all-new kitchen, theater and wine cellar.
The home is said to have originally been built back in 2001 and was purchased by The Miz and Maryse in 2019 for $6.4 million. It was further noted the couple had previously listed the property for sale back in 2022 with an asking price of $12.5 million.
TMZ also noted in their report that Jordan Cohen of RE/MAX holds the listing.
