F4WOnline and other media outlets are reporting that per records found on the United States Patent and Trademark Office website, WWE filed to trademark “Yes Yes Yes” on Monday, September 30, 2024.
Bryan Danielson also filed to trademark the popular catch phrase back on July 29, 2024. The phrase was made famous during his time in WWE.
During an interview on the Luke James Chats podcast at the end of August, just before All In at Wembley Stadium, Danielson told James that shortly after he filed to trademark “Yes! Yes! Yes!. Danielson also said that he had received an email from WWE notifying him that he was infringing on the company’s intellectual property.
After Danielson arrived in AEW back in September 2021, he tried not to encourage the fans to chant “Yes!” However, he and the fans have been seen doing the chant more on AEW TV.
