Former WWE Women’s Champion plays voiceover roll in “The Queen of Villains”

Former WWE Raw and SmackDown Women’s Champion Alexa Bliss revealed on social media that she plays a voiceover role in the new Netflix series “The Queen of Villains.”

Bliss’ roll in the series is part of the English voice cast and voices wrestler Maki Ueda. Bliss took to social media saying that she is beyond thankful and honored for the amazing experience.

“I am BEYOND thankful and honored for this amazing experience. I had THE BEST time working with [director Timmy Red] on my first voiceover project! You were so helpful & patient with me (especially with the singing) – I’m just so honored to have voiced for Maki Ueda on this incredible series…Thank you so much @netflix – this was truly so fun. I LOVED every second of ‘The Queen of [Villains]’ And I know you will too.”

Bliss last appeared on WWE programming this past January. Last November, she and husband Ryan Cabrera welcomed their daughter Hendrix.

The synopsis for the series, per Nextflix is as follows:

Set in the wild ’80s, a kind-hearted girl transforms into a bloodthirsty pro wrestler who thrives in chaotic brawls, turning an entire nation against her.

“The Queen of Villains” is available now to stream.
