Former NXT talent expresses interest in competing at Bloodsport

In an interview with the Get Comfy Podcast, Bobby Steveson was asked about his future plans following the end of his WWE contract.

Steveson, who competed in NXT as Damon Kemp, reiterated a previous statement that he wants to wrestle anywhere before expressing an interest in Josh Barnett’s Bloodsport:

I want to be able to see the world and meet new people and new styles. I would like to wrestle anywhere. One place that really stands out just because I’m a fan of the UFC and my background; Bloodsport. Something like that would pretty tough. I think that would fit me really well just because of the background I have and to actually get in there and someone be rough with me and I’d be rough with them. We just make art out of it. I’m open to all of those opportunities.

The most recent Bloodsport event saw the Creed Brothers, Charlie Dempsey, and Shayna Baszler compete on behalf of WWE, with other notable names including TNA’s Masha Slamovich, Mike Santana, and “Speedball” Mike Bailey.
