According to Fightful Select, WWE has been in recent discussions with the idea of adding a Women’s Intercontinental Championship and a Women’s United States Championship. If this were to come to fruition, one title would be exclusive Raw and the other to SmackDown. present on a specific brand, although it is unknown which would end up on which.

It was also noted that for quite some time now, talents have been pushing for women’s mid-card championships. Fightful Select said the talents they have spoken with have not heard anything at the time of their report about the new championship being added.
