According to Fightful Select, Major League Wrestling has been in discussions with former WWE play-by-play commentator Mauro Ranallo about potential appearances for the company.
MLW Founder and Owner Court Bauer has worked in the past with Ranallo, as the two collaborated on project for Strikeforce.
Ranallo did play-by-play for WWE SmackDown between 2015 to 2017 and then NXT from 2017 to 2020.
Ranallo called the main event of the 2021 IMPACT Wrestling Rebellion PPV, which featured Rich Swann challenging Kenny Omega for IMPACT Championship.
He is currently the play-by-play announcer for the MMA promotion Bellator.
