According to a report by F4WOnline, John Cena appearing at WrestleMania 40 is said to be up to his current acting schedule and if there is something going on.
The report also notes if Cena were to be involved with WrestleMania, the idea is for him to do something fun, short, and memorable.
Cena underwent a double arm surgery last November. During the Hollywood writers strike last year, Cena was able to make an extended return to WWE. He last wrestled at the 2023 Crown Jewel event, losing to Solo Sikoa.
WrestleMania 40 takes place on Saturday, April 6 and Sunday, April 7 from Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, PA.
The big two-night event will air live on Peacock in the United States and WWE Network internationally.
