Dave Meltzer has reported on the Wrestling Observer that Tama Tonga is headed to WWE, following his last match for New Japan Pro Wrestling.
Tama, who finished up his commitments with the company at New Beginning in Sapporo, announced at Wrestle Kingdom 18 that he was moving to be closer to his family.
This marks the end of a nearly fourteen year career in Japan for one of the founding member of Bullet Club, who won the NEVER Openweight Championship four times and the IWGP Tag Team Championship on seven occasions.
