WWE and Panini have informed the court on 11/21 that they have reached a settlement, as reported by Paul Lesko.
The document shared makes note of the two entities agreeing that all claim and causes of action asserted by Panini against WWE are dismissed with prejudice, and that each party will bear its own costs, expenses, and attorneys’ fees.
This follows an exchange of settlement proposals between the entities, having reached an agreement on principle on 11/15.
