A memorandum was issued by Florida State Attorney RJ Larizza on 9/26 in regards to Tammy Sytch, ahead of her sentencing next month on several criminal charges before The Seventh Judicial Curcuit Court in Volusia County, Florida.
The full memo, as reported by PWInsider, states several facts in regards to the case against Sytch, as well as her criminal record as a result of previous arrests and charges.
The memo ultimately calls for the WWE Hall of Famer to face the statutory maximum sentence of 26 years incarceration following an incident in May 2022 in which Sytch crashed into another driver, Julian Fran Lasseter, who succumbed to his injuries.
In the memo, Sytch is referred to as a “danger to society” given the nature of this incident and her prior criminal history.
Previous incidents of a similar nature go as far back as 2015, and as recently as February of the same year as the Volusia County crash.
