The following came out of Saturday night’s AEW Collision that aired live on TNT.
In a backstage interview with Tony Schiavone, FTR issued an open challenge for any team to step up and try to beat FTR for the World Tag Team Titles. FTR ran down all the teams they have already defeated.
FTR will defend the AEW World Tag Team Titles against the Iron Savages on next Saturday night’s episode of Collision.

After being gone since Double or Nothing this past May, after losing the TBS Title to Kris Statlander, Jade Cargill made her surprise return to AEW on Saturday night’s Collision. Cargill is once again aligned with Mark Sterling.
Cargill’s return came just moments after Kris Statlander successfully defended the AEW TBS Championship against Robyn Renegade. Charlette Renegade jumped on Statlander. Cargill’s music then hit and it looked like she was coming to make the save. Cargill instead picked up Statlander and dropped her with the Jaded.
Title for Title match is set for AEW Grand Slam on September 20 with ROH World Champion Claudio Castognoli vs. NJPW Openweight Champion Eddie Kingston.
During an in-ring interview with Bryan Danielson on Saturday night’s Collision, he challenged Zack Sabre, Jr. for a match at the WrestleDream PPV on October 1 in Seattle, WA, which is Danielson’s home state. The PPV will take place at the Climate Pledge Arena.
The match was originally scheduled for the very-first Forbidden Door PPV, but Danielson had to pull out of the show due to an injury.
