A new SEC filing has indicated that the TKO Group, the result of the merger between WWE and UFC set to begin in mid to late September, has named its Board of Directors.
Among those on the WWE side of the Board include Vince McMahon, Nick Khan, Steven R Koonin, and Nancy R Tellem, with one remaining vacancy to be decided.
Those chosen by Endeavor for the new company’s Board include Ari Emanuel, Egon P Durban, Jonathan A Kraft, Sonya E Medina, Mark Shapiro, and Carrie Wheeler.
