Undertaker thinks a return to roots is “the money” for a Bray Wyatt return

The Undertaker has shown quite a bit of respect toward Bray Wyatt over the past couple years, and spoke highly of the former Universal Champion in a recent interview with Metro in the UK…while also suggesting that a return to Bray’s roots could be the key to success when he is able to compete once again.

“They need to back Bray’s character up to the original character, get away from – they’ve kind of got themselves booked into a situation where it’s kind of difficult for him to have matches.

I think the original Wyatt Family Bray, that’s the money.”

On his WrestleMania 31 opponent’s booking prior to being out with illness, Undertaker further expressed concern that Wyatt was “not getting the opportunity” to really showcase his potential as a promo and in-ring competitor.

Wyatt was last seen briefly in March, teasing a potential match and feud with Bobby Lashley at WrestleMania 39, but those plans were scrapped after Wyatt stopped appearing, and Lashley would go on to win the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal that weekend.
