In addition to the return of CM Punk, for the first time since last September’s All Out pay-per-view, Miro will be in action as part of this Saturday’s AEW Collision premiere episode, live on TNT.
The former TNT Champion last competed in a trios match with Darby Allin and Sting against the House of Black at the All Out pay-per-view. Since then, he appeared in the CBS TV show “East New York.” At that time of his appearances on the show, there was much speculation and reports that he was out of in-ring action due to disagreements with creative.
Andrade, who is another AEW talent that has been frustrated with creative, will also return to the company at the premiere episode of Collision, to square off against House of Black member Buddy Matthews. Andrade’s last appearance was also at last September’s All Out PPV, where he was part of the Casino ladder match. Last November 2022, he underwent surgery for a torn pectoral muscle.
After Luchasaurus and Christian brutally attacked Arn Anderson backstage on Wednesday’s Dynamite, Wardlow will defend the TNT Championship against Luchasaurus on Saturday.
After what transpired on Wednesday’s Dynamite, post-match with Toni Storm and Ruby Soho, giving a beat down on Skye Blue, following she was unsuccessful in capturing the AEW Women’s World Title from Storm, NJPW Strong Women’s Champion Willow Nightingale and Blue will take on Storm and Soho in tag team action.
More matches could be announced this Friday night on Rampage for Saturday’s Collision.
Below is the current lineup for Saturday’s premiere episode of Collision on TNT, which begins live at 8:00 pm ET.
