The Cavinder Twins (Haley and Hanna), made an appearance on this past Tuesday night’s episode of NXT. They came out at the end of the show’s main event, as part of the celebration for Thea Hail winning the No. 1 Contenders Battle Royal.
The Twins were shown with Hail hosited up on their shoulders as part of the celebration.
According to a report from F4WOnline, despite their appearance on the show, the Twins are still not signed to a WWE talent deal. It was further said they still have their NIL contract, that WWE is real, real high on them and they have not even started training yet.
The 22-year-old twins posted to social media several hours before Tuesday’s NXT, showing they were at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida, teasing a possible appearance on the show.
The twins had played basketball at Fresno State University from 2019 until they transferred to the University of Miami in 2022. It was t the end of the 2022-23 season, the sisters announced they were opting out of their final year of NCAA eligibility.
They currently have 4.5 million TikTok followers, and 249,000 followers on Instagram.
Speaking with The Athletic, the Twins discussed their current journey into professional wrestling and their forward path with WWE. When they were asked about a potential future with WWE, Haley said that they have not talked about a specific timeline and are taking things day by day at the present. Haley did note they will be going to a Raw event this July.
“I don’t think we’ve talked about a timeline. We take it day by day. We came out here and we’re going to a RAW event later in July. We’re going where our feet are, understanding, getting more into it and seeing where it takes us.”
