According to a new report from F4WOnline, WWE has shown internal interest in possibly signing former MLW star Richard Holliday.
Holliday, who is considered to be one of the top independent talent’s is no longer under contract with MLW.
In December 2022, Holliday announced on social media that he was battling stage four Hodgkin’s lymphoma and was in the midst of undergoing chemotherapy treatment. This past February, he announced in a video on his Twitter that he had finished up all his cancer treatments.
It was announced recently by Beyond Wrestling earlier this month on Twitter, that his cancer is in remission.
The report also notes that Holliday is set to return to the ring for the Paradise Alley Pro Wrestling show on June 10 in Woodbridge, Connecticut. This will be his first match since announcing he is in remission.
He will make his debut for GCW an event in Hartford, Connecticut on Saturday, July 8.
