According to PWInsider Elite and then Fightful, AEW has hired former WWE Vice President of Communications Adam Hopkins.
It is not known as to what Hopkins role and title is in the company. The reports note that Hopkins reportedly started with AEW back at the March 29 episode of AEW Dynamite in St. Louis, MO.
Hopkins departed WWE this past January, after spending 25 years with the company. He worked as the Fan Services Coordinator, Public Relations Coordinator, Manager of Media Relations, Senior Manager, Public Relations within the Corporate Communications Office as the Director Of Communications, Senior Director, and Public Relations/Corporate Communications.
Hopkins was instrumental in building both WWE’s relationship with the media and Triple H’s vision for the NXT brand.
