According to PWInsider, WWE has not removed Sonya Deville from the road and she is still scheduled to make all of her appearances for the company.
Deville was arrested last month in New Jersey for carrying a hand gun without the proper permit. PWInsider reiterated there is no heat on her regarding her arrest as WWE was well aware she had applied and received a permit to carry a gun after a stalker who is now in a mental facility, tracked her down and broke into her home, requiring Deville and Mandy Rose to flee and call the local police department. The issue is Deville’s permit did not carry over to New Jersey. It was noted that the gun was locked in her car in the glove compartment and was not being carried around freely.
Deville is still scheduled for a court appearance later this month. She is also advertised to wrestle Charlotte Flair at the March 12 house show event at Madison Square Garden.
Deville was arrested in Atlantic City, New Jersey. The Atlantic City Police Department issued a statement. Deville’s location of city was redacted.
