On Wednesday’s episode of AEW Dynamite, Jon Moxley became the first wrestler within the company to win 100 matches.
Moxley’s 100th win came with a victory over Evil Uno in Phoenix at the Footprint Center, in the main event. Moxley won by submission.
Post-Match, Moxely would not break the submission hold, which then led to John Silver and Alex Reynolds coming down to the ring to try to make the save for Uno. Claudio Castagnoli and Wheeler Yuta tired to even things up. “Hangman” Adam Page’s music then hit as he ran down to the ring. He went after Moxley and and nailed him in the head with a barbed-wire-wrapped fist. A bloody Moxley fell to the outside as the show came to a close.
Moxley and Page are set to square off in a Texas Death Match at the Revolution pay-per-view at the Chase Center in San Francisco on March 5.
