According to Fightful Select and then F4WOnline, Former WWE talent Brian Kendrick reportedly worked as a producer at Saturday night’s WWE Survivor Series.
It was said Kendrick was listed internally as a producer for the Women’s WarGames match and the SmackDown Women’s Title Match with Ronda Rousey defending against Shotzi.
Kendrick had previously worked as a producer for NXT and 205 Live from late 2020 until requesting and being granted his release back on February 1, 2022. Kendrick was then set to wrestle Jon Moxley on the February 2, 2022 episode of AEW Dynamite, but was pulled from the show after comments he made in a video back in 2011 resurfaced.
Kendrick said in the video that the Jewish first responders to the 2010 Haiti earthquake were reptiles and were only there to “scoop up the body parts.” Freelance reporter David Bixenspan posted the video to his Twitter he same day Kendrick was set to make his debut in AEW.
Kendrick would then later apologize for the post, after it had resurfaced.
In his appearance on the Duke Loves Wrestling podcast, he said that his comments were made in attempt to get “some sort of buzz, and then he didn’t care” who he offended.
Upon his departure from WWE, Kendrick has worked independent dates and running seminars. This past August, Ronda Rousey helped promote an upcoming camp ran by Kendrick and called him “one of the greatest minds in the history of the industry.”
