We go to a backstage with Lexi Nair talking to Toni Storm. Storm tells Jamie Hayter she will need to take responsibility for her actions, especially at Full Gear.

Jerome’s thoughts: The opening match was typical Orange Cassidy comedy. Both men worked a good match. Cassidy is over with the fans. The upper deck of the venue is either empty or has scattered fans. The lighting in the upper level is very dark. Tyson was not bad on commentary.

Baker picks up Hayter and hands her the interim Women’s title as they trash talk Storm who is out. Hayter then kisses the title.

Jerome’s thoughts: Bathroom break match. Baker is better than this and it seems like she was just tossed into this to further the build for Hayter vs. Storm at Full Gear.

We go to a backstage with Tony Schiavone interviewing Chris Jericho and Sammy Guevara. Schiavone tells Jericho to quit attacking commentators. Jericho says he doesn’t think the BCC doesn’t like each and he says he will take both Bryan Danielson and Claudio and then challenges BCC to a four way with himself and Guevara. He then says what would happen if he faced MJF and that he is Ricky Freakin’s Starks.

-COMMERCIAL BREAK-

Jerome’s thoughts: The crowd seemed engaged but still seems mostly flat. I don’t know if its what looks like an upper level empty venue or booking for tonight’s show that isn’t very exciting.

Back from the break, Tony Schiavone is with Sammy Guevara who doesn’t want to talk about the prior interview with Jericho. He said when he worked at Subway, he watched Bryan Danielson and challenges him to a two out of three falls match for Dynamite.

We go backstage with Mark Henry interviewing The Embassy and WarJoe. Wardlow dares Powerhouse Hobbs to attack him from behind again and then walks off.

WINNERS BY PINFALL: WARDJOE

After the match, Powerhouse Hobbs music hits as Hobbs trash talks Wardlow from the ramp. Warldow pushes Joe out of the way to. Hobbs makes it clear he wants the TNT Championship as the show goes off the air.

Jerome’s thoughts: For a live show, this certainly lacked any pizzazz. The crowd seemed mostly flat throughout the night. Last week’s show was much better. Tonight’s show felt like a glorified episode of Dark. Tony Khan need to yes do more live episodes of Rampage, but if he keeps booking it like he did tonight, the ratings will still stay very low.

Tony Khan needs to turn over the booking and creative to someone he can trust, or get extra help. It’s showing he is obviously getting burned out and needs a break from the booking and storyline writing.
