PWInsider reported on Sunday, followed by F4WOnline, that WWE Hall of Famer Jeff Jarrett, who held the position of Senior Vice President of Live Events, has left his position and WWE.
The reports note that the belief was Jarrett had finished his duties this past Friday. There is not a specific timeline regarding his departure from WWE.
Since 2019, Jarrett had been in and out of the WWE. He first served as a producer and a member of WWE’s creative team. He left the company during the COVID-19 pandemic. He then returned this past May in the role he last held. His most recent appearance on WWE television was at last month’s SummerSlam PPV, where he was the special referee for the Undisputed Tag Team Championship Match with the Street Profits challenging the Usos.
As of this writing, there has been no comment from WWE or Jarrett regarding his departure.
