A face-to-face meeting between Drew McIntyre and Roman Reigns, and more is set for next week’s WWE Friday Night SmackDown, live on FOX from the Bell Centre in Montreal, QC.
During Friday’s show, Drew McIntyre was jumped by The Usos after Scarlett came to the ring, as a distraction. Later that night, in a backstage segment, McIntyre jumped the Usos, and then said he was tired of them interfering in his business. Romans Reigns is scheduled to defend the Undisputed WWE Universal Title against McIntyre at Clash at the Castle on September 3.
Also during Friday’s show, The Viking Raiders attacked Kofi Kingston prior to Ivar’s singles match against Kingston. Xavier Woods was recently taken out by The Viking Raiders after using their shields to attack Woods’ leg, that they wrapped in a chair.
There will also be a WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship Tournament Match on next week’s show as well.
