IMPACT Wrestling has announced that former NXT Superstar Kushida will make his debut the Derby City Rumble television tapings. The tapings will take place at Old Forrester’s Parristown Hall in Louisville, Kentucky on July 15 and 16.
Kushida first signed with WWE in 2019. He would appear on NXT from 2019 to part of 2022. He left WWE after his contract expired on April 18. He is also a former NXT Cruiserweight Champion. After his contract with WWE expired, Kushida returned NJPW, where he is a six-time IWGP Junior Heavyweight Champion.
