According to PWInsider and F4WOnline, Sasha Banks and Naomi are no longer considered active members of the WWE roster.
The report notes both have been removed from WWE’s internal roster listing over the last 24 hours. It is also being said there has been no official confirmation that either of them has been officially released.
The PWInsider report further notes there has been “rumblings Banks may be doing some signings outside of WWE this Fall as well.”
Banks and Naomi walked out on the May 16 episode of WWE Raw after a disagreement with over creative plans. It was on the May 20 episode of SmackDown, Michael Cole announced Banks and Naomi had been suspended indefinitely, and that the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships had been vacated. Merchandise for both women has also been pulled from WWEShop.com.
Last month, there were reports that Banks’ lawyers were working on obtaining a release from WWE for her.
