Former WWE star Nia Jax (Lina Fanene) posted a “random tweet” about higher ups, which is presumed to be a reference to WWE. However, she did not name any of these “higher ups” in the company. Her Tweet may have to do with this past Friday’s NXT releases, and news of a recent interview with former WWE Superstar Ember Moon about female talent being encouraged to “dress sexier” and to wear things that are more revealing.
Fanene has been very outspokenly negative about WWE since she was released last November. This past March, Fanene stated on Twitter she would get calls daily on how miserable everyone is in WWE.
Fanene said WWE called her and asked her to participate in the 2022 Women’s Royal Rumble match this past January, but declined. Last November she also said her release from WWE had to do with her not choosing to get the COVID-19 vaccine, as the company said that they needed their talent to be vaccinated in order to continue with shows on the road, especially outside of the United States.
