AEW and CEO Tony Khan made an appearance on Busted Open Radio Wednesday.
He said during the show that this Friday’s episode of Rampage is going back to it’s “ruthless roots.” He also specifically said that it will be a “stacked-up show.”
Last Friday night’s episode of Rampage went up against the ROH Supercard of Honor PPV, along with other events and shows.
AEW Rampage, on TNT, averaged 456,000 viewers, which was up from the previous week’s record low 425,000 viewers.
This Friday episode of Rampage will be taped soon after Wednesday night’s live episode of Dynamite goes off the air.
