Per PWInsider, Big has been taken to a local hospital in Birmingham, Alabama to undergo medical tests.

It appears that Big E may have been injured during his tag team match, teaming up with Kofi Kingston against Sheamus and Ridge Holland during tonight’s WWE SmackDown.
Per Roy Nemer’s recap, Big E went for a spear but Holland moved out of the way, and Big E fell to the outside. Holland the dropped Big E on his head. Kofi climbed the top rope as Butch distracts him. Sheamus with a kick knocking Kofi down. Sheamus went for the cover got the pin.
Big E was stretchered out following the match. Our sources are saying that this not a work, that is real, and there is concern backstage tonight in Birmingham, AL.
