AEW announces four hours of programming on June 4

During Saturday night’s Collision, AEW announced a four-hour block of programming on June 4, with live episodes of Dynamite and Collision back to back, billed as Fyter Fester.

It was also noted that pre-sale begins Thursday, April 10.

AEW has not confirmed the start time for the four-hour Dynamite/Collision Fyter Fest special.

The last Fyter Fest specials for Dynamite, Collision and Rampage aired back on August 23, 25, and 26 in 2023. The Rampage edition was taped at Rupp Arena in Lexington, Kentucky on August 19 and aired August 25 on TNT. The Dynamite edition aired live on August 23 on TBS, with the Collision edition having been taped the same night and then airing on tape delay August 26 on TNT.

The special will air from the Mission Ballroom in Denver, Colorado. The venue is a concert hall that seats a total of 3,500 spectators.

AEW has been airing Collision in different timeslots when TNT with has sports coverage that preempts Collision. Most recently, AEW aired one-hour special episodes of Collision back on March 22 and March 23, they had as Slam Dunk Saturday and Slam Dunk Sunday.

Both Slam Dunk episodes aired right after NCAA championship coverage on TNT, coming in with viewership at over 500,000 viewers tuning in each night. In addition, each show drew higher than normal ratings in the 18-49 key demographic.
