AEW News Bits: Another talent injured; Update on Juice Robinson

According to Fightful Select, Don Callis Family member Mark Davis was injured during his match against Powerhouse Hobbs on the March 26 episode. It was also said the unknown injury resulted in the match ending earlier than planned.

It was further noted that Davis is only expected to be out four to eight weeks.

Davis was previously out of action from October 2023 through November 2024 after breaking his wrist during a tag team match at the WrestleDream PPV.

He now joins Jay White and Orange Cassidy as AEW talent that is currently on the shelf due to injuries.

Update on Juice Robinson

Dave Melter of The Wrestling Observer is reporting that Juice Robinson is now a few weeks away from resuming in-ring training.

Robinson underwent surgery towards the end of 2024 to repair a broken fibula he suffered during his match against Will Ospreay Continental Classic Tournament match back on the November 27, 2024 episode of Collision.

At the time of the report, there is still no exact timetable for Robinson’s return to the ring.
