TNA Wrestling star Ryan Nemeth changed the bio on his X account to read “Raise your hand if a literal billionaire sent someone to sue you 4 minutes before you walked onstage for your off-Broadway debut play this weekend.”
Nemeth performed as the celebrity headliner for “Street Fighting Knock Out!”, which took place at The Hellenic Cultural Center NYC on Friday, March 21, and Saturday, March 22.
Back in September 2023, Nemeth filed a formal complaint to AEW Executives against CM Punk. He alleges Punk abused him, harassed him and threatened him. He also claims his allegations went unaddressed by AEW management and that AEW “silently fired” him over his issues regarding Punk. Nemeth alleges professional retaliation, being blacklisted from the wrestling industry by the parties which he is suing, and that Punk assaulted him in the AEW locker room in June 2023.
Back on March 14, AEW and Tony Khan, filed a petition in the US District Court in the Middle District of Florida, seeking to force Nemeth into arbitration.
