AEW sees lowest viewership in Collision history despite strong Rampage showing

AEW Collision drew 157,000 viewers on TNT for a special Friday night episode ahead of All Out, according to a report from Wrestlenomics.

This marks a massive drop from last Saturday’s viewership of 289,000.

The show, which preceded Rampage as the final pair of regular AEW programs before the pay-per-view on September 7, scored a 0.04 rating in the key demo, down drastically from last week’s rating of 0.19 in the face of not only its own pre-emption but competition from SmackDown on FOX and NFL coverage on Peacock.

Despite the record drop in figures for Collision, the episode of Rampage airing immediately after drew 233,000 viewers, up from last week’s viewership 218,000.

The program scored a 0.08 rating in the key demo, down from last week’s rating of 0.10 per Wrestlenomics.
