In an interview with USA Today, CJ Perry spoke on a number of topics, including her run as a manager in WWE and AEW.
Perry, who was reportedly part of the AEW releases in April per Fightful Select, said that she intends to focus on being a manager wherever she may end up working in the future.
I’m really focused on finding talent and cultivating them and helping them become the best wrestler, champion possible. I guess you could say I want to be the Paul Heyman.
Following a run in WWE as Lana that ended in June 2021, Perry debuted in AEW at All Out 2023 where she would be a manager for Andrade El Idolo and later her then-husband Miro.
She would then be sidelined by injury, before making her last appearance for AEW in December for Worlds End.
