AEW CEO, President and General Manager Tony Khan was shown during day three of the NFL Draft, still wearing his neck brace.
Khan was shown on television wearing the neck brace during the first two days of the NFL Draft. At the end of Wednesday night’s AEW Dynamite, Khan was punched in the stomach by Jack Perry and then took the TK Driver from the Young Bucks.
During a recent appearance on the NFL Network, Khan said that AEW is like the Pepsi of pro wrestling, while WWE is like the Harvey Weinstein of pro wrestling.
Rich Eisen of the NFL Network noted Tony Khan will sign his neck brace and auction it off, with the proceeds going to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital in support of Run Rich Run.
During the 4/27 episode of AEW Collision, the company will provide an update on Khan’s medical condition.
