During the second night of the 2024 NFL Draft, AEW CEO, President and General Manager Tony Khan appeared on television, wearing his neck brace for a second night in a row.
NFL Network Broadcaster Rich Eisen said that his hope is Khan did not hurt himself when he was applauding a draft pick. He also said he’s concerned about anyone who gets piledriven.
Khan wore the neck brace during night one of the draft. At the end of Wednesday night’s Dynamite, Khan was punched in the stomach by Jack Perry and then took the TK Driver from the Young Bucks.
During an appearance on the NFL Network, Khan said that AEW is like the Pepsi of pro wrestling, while WWE is like the Harvey Weinstein of pro wrestling.
