In the latest update from a lawsuit that started last December, AEW and Composite Effects, LLC (CFX) have reached a settlement.
CFX initially filed a complaint alleging that the mask of Luchasaurus, being their design, was being used for merchandise purposes without the designer’s permission.
The company granted the wrestler permission to wear the mask within the context of events and programming, but alleged that no such permission was given to use the design for action figures and t-shirts.
