During an appearance on Superstar Crossover, Tony Khan was asked about the status of Jade Cargill after her match on the 9/15 edition of AEW Rampage.
The president of AEW responded without confirming or denying any reports, stating:
“As far as Jade goes, I can’t really comment on that except to say that Jade’s been a great wrestler for AEW and certainly [is] always welcome in AEW. You know, could always be somebody we would always love to work with here in AEW.”

Dave Meltzer reported on the most recent Wrestling Observer Radio that Cargill was not only in Orlando appearing at the WWE Performance Center but already looking to receive “high priority” creative:
“She was in Orlando today, right? I asked if she was at the Performance Center. People had not seen her — that doesn’t mean she wasn’t there. I was told that, ‘Doesn’t mean she wasn’t there. We didn’t see her.’ They’re doing main roster creative for her right now. What would I call it, it’s high priority.”
