During Tuesday’s All In London media call, Tony Khan mentioned a change for the card. Khan would not elaborate, as it would likely involve a storyline.
According to F4WOnline, multiple sources are reporting that Rey Fenix is trying to establish residency in the United States and it is for this reason he has not left the country.
It was also said to F4WOnline that Fenix did not go to AAA Triplemania and drop the Latin American title was that reason. He was instead stripped of both the AAA Latin American Title and the AAA cruiserweight title.
Fenix was initially set to take part in the Stadium Stampeded Match at All In London.
The report further notes that it is not clear as to exactly when AEW found out Fenix would not be able to travel to London. Fenix is wrestling against Jon Moxley on Wednesday night’s Dynamite. It is now expected that an angle related to this will take place, keeping him out of action, unless he is able to travel last minute.
The report concluded by saying that as far as replacements, Bandido was touch-and-go but badly wanted to be on All In London. However, he just got the pin removed from his broken wrist on Monday. El Hijo del Vikingo pulled out of his dates with GCW this past weekend because he is banged up, but also would be available for a show at this level.
