The 7/12 edition of AEW Dynamite featured semifinal matches for the Blind Eliminator Tag Team Tournament, and with those matches complete the finals are now set.
Sammy Guevara and Daniel Garcia defeated Darby Allin and AEW International Champion Orange Cassidy (with a little help from the Mogul Embassy), and AEW World Champion MJF and Adam Cole were able to defeat Big Bill and Brian Cage.
This sets the stage for Guevara and Garcia to face MJF and Cole next week on Dynamite in the finals of the tournament, with the winners earning a shot at the AEW World Tag Team Championship on the 7/29 edition of Collision.
Who will hold those championships going into the title match is currently up in the air, as FTR defend the titles against Bullet Club Gold of Jay White and Juice Robinson in a Two Out Of Three Falls Match on the 7/15 edition of Collision.
