According to a report by F4WOnline, AEW Grand Slam is returning this September to Arthur Ashe Stadium in Queens, New York.
The date for the event is reportedly planned for Wednesday, September 20 with a live Dynamite and a taping of Rampage.
This will be the third AEW Grand Slam at the stadium, which is the home to the US Open.
As of this writing, AEW It has yet to officially confirm the date and location.
F4WOnline further noted the 2021 event drew over 20,000 fans with the gate falling just short of $1 million ($960,000), while the last year’s event, even though it passed a $1 million gate, had considerably less in attendance (13,800 fans, 12,600 of them paid).
