According to an update from F4WOnline, AEW Executive Vice President Matt Jackson (of the Young Bucks) is hopeful to be able to return to in-ring action from his partially torn biceps in time for the Double or Nothing PPV on May 28.
F4WOnline also notes Jackson is getting therapy for a partially torn biceps injury. Jackson suffered the injury during the AEW World Trios match back on March 15. The report further states that the timeframe for Jackson’s recovery is six-to-eight weeks that would indeed have him back in time for Double or Nothing. However, it was further noted that It is not a guarantee that Jackson will be ready by Double or Nothing, but there’s a “strong hope” he will be good to go by then or very soon after.
Both Matt and Nick Jackson were written off AEW television in storyline by an off-screen attack by the Blackpool Combat Club two weeks ago which saw them being taken away in an ambulance.
