Video: Kenny Omega cuts a promo after AEW Dynamite goes off the air

After AEW Dynamite went off the air on TBS Wednesday night from the Canada Life Center in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, The Elite went to the floor. Hangman Page and the BCC left the venue.

As Kenny Omega returned to the ring, the Winnipeg fans began a “Thank you Kenny” chant.  Omega sat in the ring for a long time before pulling himself to his feet and then asking for a mic.  The Winnipeg fans again began chanting for Omega.

Omega told the fans that if there is one thing tonight has taught him, it is to never forget where you came from.  He went on to say that family is family and home is where the heart is.  You can always choose your friends and if you’ve loved before, it’s possibly possible to love again.

Omega said today was a success and that everything the fans see before them is a pipe dream.  He told the fans he was happy wrestling in small places and venues in Canada – naming a bunch off.  Then, they have this place.  He said if you build it, they will come and “boy, oh boy, did you guys come for a show tonight.”  He said that by the looks of the crowd tonight, they would be back.

Omega closed by saying there’s more wrestling for everyone tonight and invited everyone to stay for Rampage.
