Below are the spoilers for matches and segments taped at the Save Mart Center in Fresno, CA for this Friday’s episode of AEW Rampage that will air on TNT. AEW taped the episode on Wednesday night after Dynamite went off the air.
Ethan Page vs. Jungle Boy was the opening match. Matt Hardy and Isaiah Kassidy were at ringside with Stokely Hathaway. Hook then came out. Jungle Boy went for a Code Red but Page grabbed Hardy’s hair outside to save himself. Hardy shoved him off and Jungle Boy hit the Code Red again to get the win. Page, very angry said that this is not how things were supposed to go and Hardy owes him. Page then challenged Hook and Jungle Boy to face him and Matt Hardy on next week’s Dynamite.
Tony Schiavone interviewed Eddie Kingston and Ortiz. They came out separately to the ring. The idea was that the House of Black has gotten in between the two. The crowd chanted for Eddie. Ortiz was mad at Kingston for not talking to him in the back. He said that their trainer Homicide would be mad at him and then he called Kingston a fake tough guy. Kingston attacked Ortiz with a steel chair and walked out.
-Brian Cage pinned former IMPACT star Willie Mack with a suplex into a sit-out power-bomb for the pin. Very back and forth match.
-AEW TBS Champion Jade Cargill & Leila Gray defeated Jaina and Jordyn Vanity
-Action Andretti pinned Daniel Garcia.
