October 5 was National Scissoring Day and The Acclaimed (Anthony Bowens & Max Caster) alongside Billy Gunn celebrated it with the fans in attendance at the Entertainment & Sports Arena in Washington, DC during Wednesday night’s AEW Dynamite.
Part of the segment was interrupted by Swerve Strickland, who came out and challenged Gunn to a match on next Wednesday’s Dynamite, which will take place for the first time in Toronto, Canada. Gunn accepted the challenge. “Smart” Mark Sterling attempted to get on the side of The Acclaimed. Sterling was then hit with the scissor me timbers.
