The home of AEW star Jon Moxley and his Renee Paquette, just minutes from the Las Vegas strip, has pinned a buyer according to a report by Yahoo.com.
The report noted Moxley bought the home in Henderson, Nevada, roughly 12 miles from The Strip, in 2015 for $475,00.
He and Paquette were married at the home in an impromptu ceremony by a 24-hour pastor in 2017.
The following below is a description of the home courtesy of Yahoo.com.
Built in the mid-1990s along a street lined with all but identical neo-Mediterranean tract houses fronted by three-car garages and stamp-sized front yards, the two-story home is no great shakes, architecturally speaking. Still, with five bedrooms and three bathrooms in a bit more than 3,200 square feet, there’s certainly enough room to comfortably house a good-sized suburban family.
Wrought iron and glass doors open abruptly into a bi-level combination living and dining space with both wood and slate tile flooring. At the back of the house, the roomy and otherwise perfectly average kitchen is divided from an informal dining area by an angled island that looks over the double-height step-down family room where the fireplace is embellished in colorful faience tiles.
A wide, slender space with a view over a golf course through trees and wrought iron fencing, the backyard incorporates a free-form dark-bottom swimming pool along with a small dining loggia set a few steps above a tree-shaded lounging terrace.
