This will be the second WrestleMania held at MetLife Stadium, with the first taking place in 2013 with WrestleMania 29, headlined by John Cena vs. The Rock for the WWE Title.
MetLife Stadium had previously announced on Thursday that they will be announcing a major event coming to the venue via a press conference on Friday morning, obviously now that press conference being the official announcement for WrestleMania 35.
