Kenny Omega attacked Chris Jericho during a press conference to promote Wrestle Kingdom 12 at the Tokyo Dome earlier this morning.
New Japan Pro Wrestling’s English YouTube channel uploaded the press conference, with Jericho fielding questions from the Japanese media and addressing his attack on Omega at the World Tag League finals on Monday in Fukuoka.
Around the 28:54 mark, Omega leaps in and attacks Jericho. Japanese media immediately began taking pictures as the brawl was being broken up. Jericho then cut a heated promo, calling the match on January 4 his most important match ever in Japan.
